PETA wonders whether children might be the next victims of New Hampshire state Rep. David Campbell (D). An official from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals released a statement to TPM on Monday saying he wants local authorities to thoroughly investigate Campbell, who admitted to killing several ducks with his BMW after they did not move out of his way.
